It is notable for old, artistic representations of the royal family of death and other inhabitants of The Stale City. Halfway down the south side of Dark Street, stands the old temple to Death. Once a bustling street, it has become less traveled as the city has been built out over time. Dark Street is now considered an old fashioned, somewhat run down part of town.

1. This kingdom is located in an extremely large desert region that stretches between the eastern border of The Kingdom of Grifclaw and the area known as The Wild. For centuries it has been home to many tribal and nomadic peoples. It was conquered by Jack Ratler under the orders of Martigan Rath, shortly after the establishment of The Kingdom of Rath. Later Jack took the region for himself and established a kingdom named Desert of Bones. It is notable for having a fleet of warships on giant wheels that sail the desert sands. Soon after the kingdom was formed Jack passed the official ruler-ship to his son Bones Ratler. Bones was a well respected leader of the people. When Bones died of a respiratory illness, power reverted back to Jack.

1. Dreamsteel is an extremely rare metal believed to be of otherworldly origins. It is considered a fine metal for its durability and flexibility. It is less heavy than most common steel, and holds a fine edge for tools and weaponry. Most skilled metal-smiths find it easy to work with. In its purest form it is entirely transparent, showing its degrees of impurity through metallic flecks within the metal. Some well known examples are swords and suits of plate mail worn by Sky and Star DarkenWolf. Knifekin, former king of The Kingdom of Shadows was said to have carried a knife called The Ice Knife made of Dreamsteel. So pure it was hard to see. A pair of goggles worn by Jont, a famous traveler, has lenses made of Dreamsteel.
